Oria Partners with STARLION's Asia Sub-Entity 'STARCAVE' to Launch Co-Branded Global Crypto Card

Achieving seamless compliance with global financial regulations through a Hong Kong independent entity-driven crypto payment infrastructure

Powered by Visa and Mastercard networks, enabling real-time fiat swap payments across 150 countries and 150 million merchants worldwide

Oria, a global financial licensing and payment infrastructure specialist, has officially announced a strategic partnership with STARCAVE, the Hong Kong independent entity and Asian business headquarters of STARLION, a prominent developer of global card fraud prevention platforms. Under this partnership, Oria will oversee the issuance of highly functional, STARLION-branded crypto cards.

Optimization of Global Regulation and Compliance

To strictly comply with the cryptocurrency regulatory landscape of specific jurisdictions and optimize global compliance, STARCAVE—the Hong Kong-based entity managing STARLION's Asian business operations—has stepped forward as the primary business entity for this project.

Regulatory compliance, legal management, operational risk mitigation, and network guidelines related to digital assets will be entirely managed and supervised by Oria, an established institution bringing to STARLION’s users official principal licenses from both Mastercard and Visa.

Real-Time Fiat Swap Structure: No-Limit VIP Cards and Integration with 5 Major Mobile Pays

The upcoming STARLION-branded cards will support payments based on USDT (Tether) and USDC, featuring a premium, elevated-capacity VIP lineup tailored for high-net-worth asset management. Users can access and spend their assets without restrictive boundaries across 150 million Visa and Mastercard merchant locations globally.

To minimize payment friction at the merchant level, the cards feature a virtual "real-time fiat settlement system." Users can spend USDT and USDC like fiat in everyday purchase seamlessly. This allows traditional card merchants to process transactions identically to standard cards, without the burden of integrating separate cryptocurrency payment systems.

Furthermore, to maximize usability across more than 150 countries, the card offers instant integration with the world's five major mobile payment ecosystems, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as Asia's dominant payment networks: WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Line Pay.

Securing a Foothold in High-Difficulty Web3 Security, Paving the Way for Web2 Expansion

Oria emphasized that this collaboration will serve as a monumental milestone in building next-generation global payment infrastructure that bridges traditional finance (Web2) and blockchain-based finance (Web3).

Fintech industry experts analyze STARLION's proactive entry into the Web3 market as an incredibly shrewd, strategic move, given that crypto-based payment environments demand significantly more stringent security protocols and real-time monitoring capabilities than conventional finance.

By leveraging STARLION's technical expertise to accumulate real-world global transaction data in the highly demanding Web3 market, the company intends to objectively prove the security and operational resilience of its proprietary "User Monitoring Payment System." Once verified, expanding the platform to global Web2 financial institutions and community bank consortiums will become substantially more seamless.

Establishing a New Standard for Global Financial Security

An official from Oria stated, "Starting from Hong Kong, we intend to phase our services progressively into Asia, North America, South America, and Europe, adapting to each region's specific regulatory environment. Notably, as soon as meaningful real-world transaction data is reliably secured through this global card service, we plan to actively evaluate the potential introduction and advancement of beta testing for our upcoming AI-driven user monitoring service, establishing a solid foundation for its phased rollout." This highlights that global payment data accumulation will serve as a practical prerequisite and a powerful springboard for triggering STARLION's core technology.

Jason Ko, CEO of STARLION GROUP, expressed high expectations, stating, "The issuance of this global co-branded card through our Hong Kong sub-entity is a calculated strategic move designed to preempt the global standard for payment financial security. The unrivaled security data and stable global revenue streams validated in the Web3 market will serve as the definitive driving force for STARLION to scale into a world-class fintech standard-setter."
